Comment: I do like this product. It is a bit gross, you definitely have to get used to the empty procedure. But it is very comfortable. I don't usually have to empty more than once morning, once evening so that makes it very easy. And I find doing that during my morning shower makes everything even easier.
It seems expensive, but I haven't needed a tampon in months so it starts saving money in no time.
This may be unrelated, but I also find that my period has shortened by about a day since I started using it. And that is definitely another plus.
I occasionally have a tiny leakage problem... but never anything serious and I have a feeling it is because I should use the other size.
I give it a thumbs up and recommend it.

Summary: Diva Cup very eco friendly
Comment: This cup is really great for anyone who is conscience about waste. It is reusable and very easy to insert and remove. All you have to do is wash it out with warm water in between uses and then if you want, wash it out with the special cleanser after your cycle is over. If you're worried about any messes, don't be; it is very comfortable and very effective in catching any and all fluids. I'll be giving these as gifts to all my girlfriends!

Comment: The Diva Cup has changed the way I live. It is truly amazing. I am just finishing my first cycle with the Diva Cup, and it has been wonderful! (A word I never thought I would use to describe my period...) I had only two leaks on the second day I was using it, and found that they were because I had overflowed the cup! Otherwise, I have had no problems with the cup whatsoever.
There is a slight learning curve when using it for the first time, but if you are comfortable with your body, or are willing to learn more, then you shouldn't have a problem. If you are doing research and want more information, check out the Diva Cup website, as well as the livejournal.com community menstrual_cups. Both places helped me immensely!
As far as living "green" goes, this is such an excellent tool. I would even suggest to go further and purchase some cloth pads or pantyliners on etsy.com to wear as a backup to the cup. I am thrilled that I am able to help the environment, spend less money, and be extremely comfortable on my period - so much so, that I often forget I am on it until I have to empty my cup! I've been swimming, on an airplane, and have even slept with it in overnight with no leaks!!! In addition, I feel so clean when I'm using the cup. There is virtually no mess, and even better, no having to worry about leaks when I'm exercising or sitting in one place for extended periods of time.
I really could not be more pleased with my Diva Cup! I'm almost done with my period, and already am looking forward to the next one, when I can use my Diva Cup again!!!

Comment: I've been using this for about 7 months.
Tampons make me sick on my first day (fever,dizzyness, nausea, aweful cramps). I've tried instead, but removing that thing was such a mess!
I decided to try Diva Cup
Pros: Easy to insert, NO Messy removal!, NO Cramps (for some weird reason), very comfortable to wear, cost effective, eco-friendly!
Cons: Took a few cycles to get my insertion right. It was hard to empty the cup and insert in a bathroom during these times.
Now I have no problem. Practice makes perfect!
I will NEVER go back to tampons/pads again. YAY :)

Comment: I will never go back to traditional tampons! This product is not only green, but it's so easy to use and safer for your body than tampons. There is no risk of TSS with the Diva Cup. You will never have to buy tampons again! Why didn't I hear of this earlier? I love it. Everyone I know who uses it feels the same way. Try it, you will never go back.
