Customer Rating: Summary: Great replacement Comment: I haven't used mine yet as I'm on the original one that came with the razor. Normally the blades on an electric are used up in 6 months on my razors. The Braun 9595 is hands down the best razor I've ever used and the replacement blades are the same as the one that came with the unit, so I can expect at least a year out of the blades. Also use the Braun Fluid, I think it really helps keep everything working right and seems to keep the blades sharper. After a few weeks of use, I don't see an enormous improvement. I still have to work harder and longer than my original Braun. Even then, my 5 o'clock shadow seems to be arriving more like 2 o'clock. Editorial Reviews: To bring back 100% shaving performance, replace your foil and cutterblock every 18 months. Change both parts at the same time for a closer shave with less skin irritation. This foil and cutterblock is for Pulsonic models 9595 and 9585. Braun recommends cleaning the foil and cutter block regularly.
